This is a one-day tour and does not include accommodation. A minimum of 4 participants is required for departure. If the minimum is not met, the tour will be canceled 7 days before departure with a full refund.
The Old Mountain Line Rail Bike ticket is not included. The ticket price is NT$285 per person and must be pre-purchased at the time of booking. Same-day on-site tickets cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to departure; late requests will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
Once the order is confirmed and payment completed, cancellations or postponements without valid reasons will incur additional costs, which must be borne by the traveler. Please confirm the date and product details before booking.
Complimentary activities included in the itinerary are non-refundable if voluntarily waived.
Upon booking confirmation, travelers are deemed to have agreed to sign the “Standard Domestic Travel Contract,” with cancellation policies following the regulations of the Tourism Administration.
The fee includes only items explicitly listed in the itinerary. Meals and activities not specified are at the traveler’s own expense.
Daily vehicle usage is limited to 10 hours in accordance with Ministry of Transportation regulations. Overtime, additional stops, or extended service are not permitted.
The company provides travel liability insurance in accordance with the law (Coverage: NT$2.5 million accident / NT$200,000 medical). Travelers must provide complete and accurate personal information.
Travelers with mobility difficulties must bring their own equipment or arrange assistance directly with the attraction service offices. These are not included in the tour service.
Special requests must be submitted at least 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to departure.
The cancellation notification date will follow the government’s official working day schedule. Requests submitted after office hours will be processed the next working day.
Travelers are required to inform our staff of any special requirements at the time of booking so that we may provide suitable arrangements and suggestions.
Tipping service staff at your discretion is considered international etiquette and a way to acknowledge good service.
Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Keep your registered mobile phone switched on to ensure contact on the day of departure.
If you fail to arrive on time or leave the group midway due to personal reasons, transportation and related expenses will be at your own cost. No refunds will be provided.
For safety reasons, all participants must stay with the group throughout the tour. Leaving the group or requesting to return separately is not allowed.
Please bring your National ID card or National Health Insurance card for verification or discounted admission tickets if required.
The listed travel times and durations are for reference only. The driver or tour leader may adjust the schedule according to traffic, weather, or the number of participants.
In case of force majeure events such as typhoons, heavy rain, or earthquakes before departure, the company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip.
If force majeure occurs after departure resulting in the inability to complete part of the itinerary, the company reserves the right to adjust or modify the tour content accordingly.
Travelers aged 70 or above must be accompanied by family members or friends to register.
Infants under 2 years old must use a rear-facing car seat. Children under 4 years old must also use a car seat. For hygiene reasons, we recommend bringing your own. If rental is required, please contact customer service in advance.
Please bring your own personal medication, warm clothing, and rain gear, and take care of your belongings.
During the trip, please pay attention to your personal safety and safeguard your belongings to avoid accidents or losses.
Pets and dangerous items are not allowed on the bus. The company reserves the right to refuse boarding and no refunds will be given in such cases.
