- Cancel during 11 ~ 20 day(s) of departure, will charge 20%
- Cancel during 4 ~ 10 day(s) of departure, will charge 30%
- Cancel during 1 ~ 3 day(s) of departure, will charge 70%
- Cancel on activities date, Non-refundable (0% refund)
Notes
Party A may terminate this contract by notifying Party B prior to the commencement of the travel activity. However, if Party B has assisted Party A in handling visa applications, Party A shall pay the visa fees and compensate Party B in accordance with the above-mentioned standards. If Party B can prove that the actual damages suffered exceed the standards set forth in the preceding paragraph, Party B may claim compensation based on the actual damages incurred.
